Dr. Deborah Vollmer Dahlke is an accomplished technology entrepreneur, a public health researcher, and an author with a passion for applying mobile technology in cancer research. At her firm, DVD Associates (DVDA), Deborah provides strategic consulting and grant writing for early-stage cancer drug development companies, and has helped her clients win over $160 Million in non-dilutive Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) product development grants, matched by over $1.2 Billion in venture and institutional funds. Deborah is a Senior Fellow at Texas A&M Center for Population Health and Ageing and an Adjunct Associate Professor at Texas A&M’s School of Public Health.
