Dr. Milbourne is a Professor and Head of the Section of General Gynecology in the Department of Gynecologic Oncology and Reproductive Medicine at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDA). Her interest and expertise are in the gynecologic assessment and treatment of reproductive problems related to cancer treatment, including sexual dysfunction, dyspareunia, pelvic pain, menopause symptoms, and special issues relating to contraception and fertility. Additionally, she is the main provider in the MDA colposcopy clinic and the colposcopy clinic at the partner institution, Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) Hospital. She evaluates and treats women for pre-invasive, HPV-related disease of the cervix, vulva, vagina and anus. She trains and serves as a mentor to resident physicians, fellows, and nurses in colposcopy and treatment of pre-invasive cervical disease.
