Sarah Mills, M.D., MPH, joined the Ascension Medical Group Seton Palliative Care team in 2017, is an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, and the program director of Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship. Mills focuses on providing compassionate, personalized care to patients and families, helping them choose the care most in accordance with their own values. Her interest lies in improving communication between patients and medical teams and teaching these vital skills to future generations of physicians. She is a lifelong learner and a passionate teacher. In her free time, she enjoys art projects and being outside with her sweet and very silly children (ages 4 and 6 years old).
